Payments & Deposits
Prices vary by trip. If you don’t see a detailed explanation of relevant pricing on a trip’s page, just let us know and we’ll be happy to help. As most of our trips are custom-made for our guests, it can be hard to put a simple sticker price on them, but we’ll be as transparent as we can in explaining the costs once we’ve worked with you to put together your adventure.
For all trips, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required for reservations made more than 30 days prior to the trip’s start date, with full payment required 30 days prior to the start of the trip. Any reservations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the trip require full payment at the time of booking. Now!Climbing can accept payment via most major credit cards right here on our site.
Refund & Cancellation Policies
We understand that the need to re-schedule or cancel your trip can occur at some inconvenient times and for a variety of reasons. Because of this, we highly recommend that you purchase trip insurance when you book your program. If possible, we will work to reschedule your trip and accommodate your needs. If, however, you should need to cancel your trip more than 30 days prior to its start date, you may do so at the loss of the 50% non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the trip. Please understand that we put your deposit into securing your reservation as soon as you book. Also understand that mountain weather is fickle and changeable. Now!Climbing and Chris Wright are not responsible for any trips cut short due to weather, or due to hazards or conditions which are beyond our control.
COVID-19 Adjustments
We’ve temporarily adjusted our cancellation policy to better meet the realities of the moment. If you’re feeling unwell and need to cancel within three weeks of any 2021 program, just let us know and we’ll try our best to reschedule with you, or give you a full credit if we can’t.
